[Feelings and trust are two entirely separate entities for Stiles. He can like a person without having a single ounce of trust in them, and he can dislike a person and trust that when push comes to shove, that individual will have his back. Like Derek Hale. They're not now, nor have they ever been anything resembling friends, but he does trust Derek. Because Derek's earned it.

And Scorpius did admit that his own reasons for saving Stiles were mostly selfish. If anyone had found out he'd simply left Stiles to die, he'd have caught flack for it. Saving Stiles had just been easier. Overall, death tolling would have been easier for Stiles, a quicker recovery. But it would have devastated the people he loves here, and his own suffering is more bearable than being the cause of that.]

Eh, there are some unhappy campers but overall...I think the general consensus is that Jerry pretty much deserved it.
