[Yep. That is Stiles' version of subtly telling someone he's not leaving yet without verbally telling them he's...not leaving yet. He watches Dean climb down the ladder and he winces just a little at how terrible Dean looks despite being on his feet. It isn't that long ago that Stiles looked pretty terrible, like he was dying. It's pretty obvious to Stiles, at least, that Dean isn't taking care of himself, no matter what kind of protests to the contrary that come out of his mouth.]
