A lot of people are walking around with that general appearance after the port, but most of them aren't Stiles' concern, either. It isn't that he doesn't care, it's just that the ability to juggle compassion and concern for multiple people has never been a strong suit. It's expanded here, but it's not encompassing of the entire barge. Not by a long shot.]
